        In the smelting process of copper sulfide ore, the anode casting process is crucial. Its goal is to cast the refined, qualified copper liquid into regular, dense anode plates for electrolytic use.         Disc anodizing machine

        The disc anode casting machine is a large, intermittently rotating disc with anode molds evenly distributed around its perimeter. During production, refined molten copper is smoothly poured into the mold via an insulated flow channel, followed by a cooling phase. Once the copper has partially solidified, an ejector device pushes the formed anode plate out of the mold. It then undergoes water spray cooling to further enhance its strength and density. Finally, the plate is removed, completing the entire casting process.
