        The size of the furnace mouth mainly depends on the requirements of the crude copper loading operation and the size of the returned residual anode. Under the condition of meeting the loading requirements, the size of the furnace mouth should be reduced as much as possible, because one of the biggest advantages of the rotary anode furnace is that the furnace body has good air tightness, and the overflow and radiation heat loss of the orifice during the operation process is small. If the opening is too large, it will affect the thermal efficiency of the furnace. Moreover, if the size of the furnace mouth is too large, it will not only increase the difficulty of processing and manufacturing the furnace mouth water cooling parts, but also cause the furnace mouth lining bricks of the rotary anode copper melting furnace to collapse easily.
